The Warm and Well team has been providing free, impartial and local home energy advice to households across the south west of England for more than 10 years.
Our team of trained energy advisors can help people with a range of energy issues. From providing advice about simple measures you can take in the home, through to helping people access grants to improve their homes. We can help you stay warm and well.
We can also help people with understanding their energy bills or help them with changing their energy suppliers.

Warm and Well is managed by Severn Wye Energy Agency, a local charity and non-profit company, and is supported by the seven local authorities across Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire Council

What we do
We are a team of energy specialist advisors who support people to understand and manage their energy bills.
We can work with people within there homes to go through any concerns or queries they might have about energy and utilities.
This may include:
- Help people with understanding their energy bills
- Help them with changing their suppliers
- Help give people a better understanding about renewable energy
- Our advisors can help those who are in fuel debt or need benefits support by putting them in touch with local agencies.
- You may even be eligible for financial help from Warm and Well itself.
Where we do it
We do not have a base at present in South Gloucestershire but we are supported by South Gloucestershire Council to deliver this support within peoples homes or at a venue that suits them most.
