Voluntary Action
North Somerset

VANS is an independent charity that has championed the voluntary sector and volunteering across North Somerset for over 25 years.

We represent, develop and empower the voluntary community and social enterprise sector in North Somerset to be at the forefront of positive social change and development.

We’re funded in a number of ways; through projects that we manage on behalf of a number of organisations and through grant funding secured from national and regional philanthropic organisations.
